Andy Woodruff

I'm Executive Director of the Open Commercial Media Ecosystem (OCME), a member-governed alternative to gatekeeper-controlled creator platforms.

Background: BS Mechanical Engineering, PMP. I came up through engineering, product management, and smart-contract development before going full-time on OCME in August 2025.

What I'm good at: turning ambiguous problems into shipped products, leading cross-functional teams, and translating between engineering, business, and users.

What I care about: I believe the identity layer is the substrate everything digital is built on, and that people should own it. That conviction drives OCME — but the operator habits behind it (clear specs, tight feedback loops, shipping) travel to any product.
